This train was built
by my dad in the late 1950's. It is still in great condition although it
has not been run since the early 1960's Very little rust or corrosion.
It has been boxed up and stored for almost 50 years. It will need to be
checked out by a professional before running it but all the linkage and wheels
turn smoothly. The last photos are from 1959 at Tilden park in the San
Francisco bay area. Runs on coal, length "27, width "9.5, height "11.
"3.5 gauge.
Comes with engine,
riding car and section of track for display also a wood box for storage and
transport.
