Partially completed fully machined Roll Models (RMI) 2-4-2 Columbia 3-3/4 Scale Steam Engine Kit. It is fully machined by Roll Models, and includes a code boiler from Steam Age, Nickel Plated Brass Brightwork, a Keim Steam Pump, 2 Superscale Injectors, Steam Operated Cylinder Cocks, Grates and Ashpan for coal firing and the optional tender. 

The kit is really complete, every nut, bolt and rivet needed to finish the engine in it's labeled bag is included, the pics do not do it justice. There is also a bell, whistle, all the valving and piping, lubricator ect. The boiler is ASME code stamped.

7-1/2" ga. specs can be found on RMI Website Cost $ 26,450 from RMI.
Will Sacrifice for $22,500.$19,900. You save that money and about half the labor of assembly.
