London, Midland Scottish Railway 2-6-4 Express Tank
Locomotive in 1" scale, 4¾" gauge. This is an exact model of the Fowler Class
that was designed for main line passenger express service with speeds up to
80 mph as routine. This loco is 52 inches long and will out pull a good 1 1/2
model. This loco has everything ; steam injector, axle pump with a
compensating expansion chamber , hand pump in the right side tank, screw
reverse , blower, central oiler, cylinder cocks operated from cab, two
pressure pop off valves ,, gauge for boiler pressure and a gauge for cylinder
pressure, water supply carried in side tanks and under the coal bin. This
engine was originally designed to scoop water troughs. This loco is LOW TIME
/NO TIME WITH NO WEAR or signs of usage or abuse anywhere. The Loco is
EXTREMELY WELL DETAILED and MAKES A VERY FINE APPEARANCE. CRATING in a custom
