click image A very well engineered 3 1/2" gauge live steam 0-6-0 Caldonian Railway in black livery....ROB ROY. The loco has a copper coal fired boiler with twin safety valves, steam pressure gauge, water gauge, blower, cylinder blow down from the cab ,whistle. There is a crosshead driven feed pump and a cab injector. The cylinders are oiled via mechanical lubricator in the cab. The chassis is fully sprung as are the buffers. Engine brakes are operated from the cab via a pole screw down device. The round front cab windows open and close. There are removable marker lights on the cab sides. There is absolutely no mechanical wear on this engine. The engine has been a living room display engine for 25 years. The engine was test steamed when built. There is no rust or corrosion anywhere on this loco. Due to its long inactivity, the motion and throttle are stuck. The engine will need slight work in this department. There is no current boiler certificate. Due to the extremely high level of workmanship this loco should give many years of service $1500 shipment via custom foam lined wood crate. The price INCLUDES the crate and crating. The buyer will receive email pictures of the crating process ,also the final picture of the sealed crate addressed to the buyer the day of shipping.
