Steam Engine
5-1/2" bore, 7" stroke
Will take 1" steam line
Wood lagged cylinder, Excellent bore, New piston ring and rod, new valve rod,
D valve has been scraped in.
Engine needs to be timed before running.
This engine came out of a sawmill where it was used to run support equipment
All castings on this engine are in very good shape, no cracks, welds, etc.
The engine was purchased in 1984 and the lagging, piston and valve work were
done then. It has been in storage since 1985. The flywheel shown
in the pictures comes with the engine, but it is not an original flywheel.
The engine weighs perhaps 900# and must be picked up in Richfield, OH.
Asking $1500. This is a good engine and I hope it goes to a good
home.
