1.5 inch scale 7.5
inch gauge project loco. Stock Huskie locomotive made by Rich Eaton. With a
gas engine conversion! This unique little locomotive is powered by a 6 HP
Robin Subaru engine with an Eaton #7 hydrostatic transmission and a single
Tol-O-matic right angle gearbox, that transfers the the power to all (4) of
the wheels. Shown with the original metal cab and riding car
Locomotive is completely ready to run, and very powerful. It can easily haul
4 riding cars with 2 adults each. Adding more weight to the loco can
double its hauling capacity, (currently weighs only 125 lbs. !!!) Last
ran a week ago and I completely inspected and serviced everything!
This previously loved switcher is ready for a new home. Asking is
$1200 obo. Can be seen and run at Maricopa Live Steamers in
Phoenix AZ.
