purchased in February of 1982, castings purchased April 1982, construction
started in 1982 and finished in the fall of 1999.

Locomotive cyclopedias were used for many components: blow
down valves, cylinder drains, drifting valves, dome throttle, air pump
governor, lubricator, and other items
